Return Policy

We are sure you'll be charmed by all the products offered at Nature's Materials, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). 

Types of Returns

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Missing part or item

  • Defective item (parts do not work together

  • Duplicate item (purchased by accident

  • No longer want the item

  • Item did not meet expectation

  • Received as a gift

  • Other

Refund Eligibility, the returned item must be:

  • unopened

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • with original receipt

Return Process

  1. Fill out the return form

  2. Receive return confirmation

  3. Box up the item(s)

  4. Enclose a copy of the Packing slip

  5. Ship with your choice of trackable carriers such as the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

NOTE: If you choose to ship your return via USPS First Class or Parcel Select, you cannot return your item in a Priority Mail box.


  • We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging, or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces. 

  • If a returned item has been opened, is no longer in intact packaging, is damaged, or is materially different from how the item was shipped to you, it may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. 

  • Items not accepted for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

  • Store credit in the form of an e-card may be issued for some returns. 

Damaged or Missing


  • Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package for damage, missing, or incorrect items and contact us WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS at or 240-220-9905 to report any problems.

  • Please provide your order number, a photo of the damage, and your packing slip. Damaged items reported seven business days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement. 

Return Shipping

  • Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise,  you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

  • If your item arrives damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us at or call 240-220-9905 within 7 days to report the problem. Nature's Materials will provide further instructions and cover the cost of return shipping. 


  • A refund for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment. 

  • If an item was received as a gift, we will issue a gift card to the recipient for the value of the returned item(s). 

  • Sale and clearance items are eligible for store credit only. 

  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the price minus any coupons, discounts, Rewards, and shipping charges,  if applicable. 

  • If the merchandise returned causes the original order sub-total to fall below the $99 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  • Refunds and credits are generally processed within seven business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.

    • An email confirmation will be sent once processed

    • Please note that it can take up to 1-to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Return a gift

  • Contact us at or 240-220-9905 with the order number of the name of the person who made the purchase. We will need to reference the original order to be of assistance.

  • Gifts can be returned for store credit in the form of an e-gift card issued to the recipient's email address, or we would be happy to refund the purchaser if preferred.

  • If an e-gift card (store credit) is issued to the recipient, the purchaser is not notified of the return.

  • Store credit will equal the price paid for the product less any discount applied.


Exchange Items

  • We are unable to offer exchanges for certain items

  • Contact us about the item you wish to exchange

  • If you item is not exchangeable, we will be happy to help you process a return, place a new order, and waive the shipping fee on your new order.
